How to add a FTP account in CloudSites?
To add a FTP user to your CloudSites account, follow the below steps,
1. Once you login to your Control Panel, proceed to the menu option Advanced, and then select on FTP.
2. You will be redirected to the page as seen below.
3. Once you click on the Add Account button, you will see a screen like the one shown below.
4. Enter the Username as required, you can enter a Password of your choice or click on the Key icon to generate one for you. The directory field can be left blank if you want to access the whole account using FTP, or can be set to a specific path according to your requirement. Once everything is done, click on the Add button as seen below.
5. The FTP account will now be created. You can connect to the FTP account easily using any FTP tool like FileZilla.
6. For Server/Host you can use the IP address of the server, for Username, use the one set as seen above, like "transfer@hivium.com", enter the password as set and use the port 21.
